Ease of use

The XS requires no maintenance or recalibration throughout its guaranteed service life. Its integrated triple function — torque-limited screwdriving, unlimited unscrewing, standard ratchet use — simplifies the surgeon's work and operating room logistics. Sterilisable without disassembly, no lubrication required.

Ideal ergonomics

The XS radial reversible-ratchet format allows intervention in areas where standard axial torque limiters cannot reach: minimally invasive spine surgery, lateral approaches, restricted configurations. It also stands out for its screwdriving comfort thanks to the dampened click — a technology developed by HL Technology on its Click torque limiter, which the XS benefits from by design.

Customisation options

We offer complete flexibility on all proximal interfaces for any type of screw or fastening element, as well as on the distal side of the instrument with straight, T-shaped or other silicone handles and all types of couplings. In addition, your logo engraving and intermediate or final packaging are produced according to your specifications.
